I went through the drive-thru to get a couple black n milds. I specifically asked for the original plastic tip black n milds. When I got to the window to pay, he handed me 2 wood tip black n milds. I say hey these are not the right ones, he says what those ain't it? I said no I asked for plastic tip. He then tells his co-worker that I wasn't specific when I was. He brings me the correct ones, I told him the wood ones are more expensive. He then says oh it's ok. I said no I'm not spending more money if I didn't have to. How much are they? He says honestly I don't know, so I say can you findout. He goes to findout has an attitude. He comes back and says the plastic ones were 20 cents cheaper, then he says so what you want 40 cents with, that same ugly attitude. I say yeah, I mean if I was 40cents short you wouldn't let me make it. He then gives me 45 cents practically tossed it to me, then slams the drive-thru window. Just very rude when I was being nice about the situation, I just wanted what I asked for and didn't want to be over charged. I understand being frustrated everyone has problems in life. But, his job requires dealing with people. If he doesn't like dealing with people/customers then he should get a different type of job that isn't being around people/customers. I can't believe how I was treated, I'm gonna pray for that young man.

Young man working the window with the curly hair is so rude. He cuts you off when you're trying to order, and all but throws your drink at you after you pay. If you hate your job, find another one. Never going to this location again, you've lost my business.

Drive Thru on 7/18 @ 7:10pm- Blonde/ New Girl I haven't seen there before- I live in that area and go often. RUDE! I repeated my order 3 times and she repeated the order correctly- Finally- and then replied "That's Literally what I just Said". Then had a look of disgust after I pulled up to the window. I cancelled everything. This store was once really nice. I won't spend another dime with T&T if this is how you allow them to treat customers. I have patients for new employees but, I don't do foul rudeness.

The only reason I'm giving them a 2star instead of 1 star is cuz the young man in the mornings is always quick with service and polite otherwise they would only get 1 star. The overnight woman is very rude. Charged me almost $5 for a tiny bottle of lotion and shut the window and walked away before I could tell her it wasn't worth $5 and I didn't want it. Rude and talk about price gouging their items. I mean I know it's a convenience store but come on $5 for 2.5 oz of lotion is totally ridiculous. It better be some miracle lotion at that price. Don't think il stop there anymore...

I stop in this store about 2 times a day. I fill my work truck every morning at this location on north western due to the convenience living in La Palma. Will not ever step in the location again. Stopped in for some cigarettes and Chris at the drive up window was rude for the 2 and time. Very unprofessional person and they have lost my business Will just be heading to Pack A Sak from now on.

I go to this location from time to time as a result of being eternally hopeful that service will improve. The wait goes on. A couple of days ago, I first had to ask for a bag, then a receipt in drive-through. This morning I went by to get a breakfast burrito. I again was not offered a bag while the burrito, salsa, napkins, and fork were thrust toward me. When I asked for a bag, the clerk seemed irritated and unfairly put upon to get a bag. I stopped there a few moments ago, requesting a soda and an apple pie. I was told that the store had no more apple pies in stock. At that point, I decided to go inside. One of the first items I sighted as I entered the store was not only several apple pies by one of their suppliers, but by two suppliers. I gathered two pies, and a soda. I mentioned that I was informed these were not in stock when I went through the drive-up, and met with an apathetic reaction. I paid for my items, and had to ask - yet again - for a bag to carry my items in. Now I am wondering if the apathy, poor service, and lying to customers are a function of poor training, or a function of associates being trained in this manner by poor management.
