On my journey to work 3 times a week I stop at this location. I have a backpack on so I always stop outside of the door and take my method of payment out of my wallet, close my backpack, go in and make my purchase with no issues. Today what seems to be a new employee rudely says to me NEXT TIME YOU NEED TO LEAVE YOUR BACKPACK BY THE DOOR and I replied letting her know that I've never been asked to leave my backpack by the door and that I was not a child to be spoken to in that manner. She then states that it is Toot N Totum policy (not true after speaking to corporate to confirm) and it is not posted visibly anywhere. She then refused to sell me my can of tea. I was definitely racially profiled which is the norm in this city smh BUT on the bright side....I have a legal lawsuit now. Thanks for being a racist ma'am...you just earned a great lawsuit.

Management been totally horrible since Tiffany has left. There is a young lady by the name of “ree” that works there she does absolutely great with keeping this store in order. Every time I’ve went in while she isn’t there the store isn’t as neat and clean. When I come in the morning managers are so aggravated and has the looks of being ready to go. One day I over heard management talking about the employees that work under them. The guy manager always has attitude. One of the guy team members always has a hint of marijuana smell on him. The only good thing that I have seen at that store are the two nice young ladies that work in the afternoon. They are always in the store by themselves while he is outside taking a “smoke break”. In my opinion this location no longer deserves them and their precious souls. GET IT IN ORDER! Ps I will no longer be going back

This store has a young lady named Tiffany Cummin that is an employee there and everytime I go into the store her smile it always lifts my spirits. There needs to be more employees that demonstrate that kind of workmanship. It's clean also. Good job.

Ridiculous bring your own cup and just get ice water and still get charged 1.19 for it the young male clerk acts like he don't know how to focus on what he is doing really paying 1.19 for ice water

I took my 2 door jeep in for a full detail for $90. The back wasn't even touched. Not vacuumed, not shampooed, nothing. Still dog hair on the sides of the front seats and not shampooed. I thought I was getting an actual detail, but I could've done better with a shop vac in my garage
