First off I'd give a 0 if I could. My problem is w/ the Mitch's bque at TNT. We ordered a near $70 order on Friday, June 20 for delivery. Problem is it was never delivered. I called and talked to Alex and he basically told me it wasn't their problem. This was an hour after I'd ordered and it was supposed to be a 20 min delivery. I asked to speak to the mgr and he has a lady (didn't catch her name) call me, and she proceeds to treat me like I'm an idiot that's never ordered food before, even though I order UberEats at least 5-6 times a week so I'm pretty sure I know how this works. Anyway, first time I've ever had people make me feel so stupid and actually cry on the phone. I just wanted (and still want, because I don't have it) my money back. I've called back up there and have been assured it's been taken care of (again, like I'm an idiot that's never had a return on a card) oh it'll take several days, yes I know but it shouldn't take this long. What happened was, y'all ate my food and kept my money. I'm so furious w/ TNT and Mitch's. I will never set foot in either one again and I'll tell everyone I know not to do the same. I'll be at Pak a Sak everyday from now on. You people seriously need to work on your customer service skills. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! You people suck!

They hardly get my drink right. The tea urns need to be cleaned better than how they clean them. It always taste disgusting. I'm going to pak a sak

THE MOST EXPENSIVE
CONVENIENT STORES IN TEXAS PANHANDLE . IT APPEARS A GREEDY MAN OWNS THEM AND HAS MADE MILLIONS OFF AMARILLO AND AREA PEOPLE , BUT GIVES VERY LITTLE BACK TO HIS CUSTOMERS.
LIVED HERE ALL MY LIFE AND THIS GROUP OF STORES EMBARASSES ME
WHEN I THINK OF THE VISITORS THAT COME TO
OUR CITY AND SEE AND HAVE TO PAY THESEZ
PRICES . HORRID !!

Gas pumps are great but pushing the button 5 times to say I don’t want a car wash is excessive. Especially when there isn’t even a car wash on location..

I'm a regular customer at this location never had any problem with service till tonight. I tried to buy a cappuccino with EBT didn't know that I couldn't get on EBT cause at other locations I've been able to. Cashier went and got the assistant manager who came out of I guess was office and raised her voice to tell me that I couldn't get it on EBT . I never raised my voice to no one. I kept my calm through it all and even apologize for not knowing it wasn't able to purchase on EBT. I do know this a customer should never be treated the way I was. No matter how they are paying whether it's on EBT cash debit or credit. I'm disabled I appreciate the opportunity to have a choice to come in or drive thru but after this I will drive s little farther to go to another toot n totum or station. I will not support this location if management can't seem to treat they're customer with good service.
