Gas pumps are great but pushing the button 5 times to say I don’t want a car wash is excessive. Especially when there isn’t even a car wash on location..

I'm a regular customer at this location never had any problem with service till tonight. I tried to buy a cappuccino with EBT didn't know that I couldn't get on EBT cause at other locations I've been able to. Cashier went and got the assistant manager who came out of I guess was office and raised her voice to tell me that I couldn't get it on EBT . I never raised my voice to no one. I kept my calm through it all and even apologize for not knowing it wasn't able to purchase on EBT. I do know this a customer should never be treated the way I was. No matter how they are paying whether it's on EBT cash debit or credit. I'm disabled I appreciate the opportunity to have a choice to come in or drive thru but after this I will drive s little farther to go to another toot n totum or station. I will not support this location if management can't seem to treat they're customer with good service.

This Toot'nTotum scams customers on their scratch off lottery tickets. They tell customers they've only won half of their money because that's what the machine said. They only sell unhealthy high priced junk food & their gas is super expensive too. I don't recommend anyone going there or to any Toot'nTotum, unless you want to get scammed. I hope Amarillo brings back more Seven Elevens. Toot'nTotum has become too greedy!

Today is May 4th 2021 7:46:45 AM. The address is 3320 South Georgia Amarillo Texas. I walked into the store like I usually do just about every morning to get myself a cappuccino. Before I even entering the door entirely the lady at the front and I'm assuming it's the manager tell me I need to leave with my dog. I quickly and firmly informed her he was a service animal and she just glared at me and walked away. This is absolutely no way to treat the disabled people of the world. I could go on to say obviously she had no impairments but then that would be a rush to judgment now wouldn't it and then when she told me that he was a service animal and I looked at her the way she looked at me and made me feel like I had to prove myself and I was a lying it's an absolute outrage. Not only do I have multiple sclerosis COPD severe anxiety I just beat cancer last year. unfortunately my medical list goes on I do not have to wear it as a banner across my service animals vest or my forehead I do believe I'm owed an apology at the very very least as well as some sort of donation to help inform not only employees the society the proper way to handle when it's able person comes into your store with their service animal you do not make them feel less or beneath you

Horrible management at store 52 assistant manager argues with customers is always on her phone and never has her mask out risking us all to corona she could spread it with not wearing a mask.

I stopped in @ car care#3 and asked how much it cost for a fuel filter change on a 3.0 diesel and was told 35.00 and charged me 82.46 for one filter, I will never stop in at any of your car care again. That price is not even close to an estimate. Just a bunch of BS.

The entire staff, especially the manager, at the location on 34th & Bell are amazing! They all know me when I walk in and are a prime example of what customer service should be.
