Christina is an angel. I am new to Amarillo and my car broke down at the Toot 'n Totum parking lot. She went out of her way to help me boost my car and when that didn't work, she helped me get a tow truck. She was so sweet and patient during the whole thing. She was really a blessing to me.

I went today to get gas, gave the cashier $25 but only $21 was put into my tank. Went in to ask about it and the cashier was rude and short with me, didn’t offer any solutions and wasn’t helpful at all. I know i gave her $25 because one i can count money and two she counted it back to me when i first went it. So where’d the rest of the money go if you only put $21 in the pump?? This isn’t the first bad encounter i’ve had with this girl, once i went in and was counting my money so i could pay when she said “i’m over it, i’m over it just give me it” to count it herself, once i went in with my aunt and her kids. both under 10 and she was super rude to us when they were walking around the store not glued to my hip. Making bad comments towards children to their face is ridiculous. it’s not our fault you’re miserable and hate your job! Learn how to work customer service before you get in the industry, and maybe consider some therapy at this point.

Christina is the slowest and worst cashier in the world. Customers walk in, and she still takes her time to finish whatever she'd like, them cash them out. I've heard her tell a customer once "yeah I just go slow and take my time because nobody can stop me." From now on, any time I see her vehicle parked out front or her behind the counter, I will leave and go to Pak A Sak across the street. It's ridiculous how long she takes, people do not have all day to wait for her.

Went in for beer, the clerk didn't ask the man in front of us for ID and the teenager with the man carried a beer to the counter. He checked out and left no problem. My boyfriend and I, both 30 and gonna be honest look it lol, brought beer to the counter and I presented my ID as I was paying, she asked for ID from both of us as we both carried one up. Fine. That's the law, even though she didn't ask the literal teenager who carried one to the counter for ID. My boyfriend didn't have his ID with him so we walked back home, in 100+ degree heat, and he got his license and went back on his own since I've worked all day and didn't want another walk in the heat. Clerk refused to sell because, even after she had checked my ID the first visit, I was no longer there. She was rude and condescending, even bringing another patron in the store into the, not even going to call it a discussion because as soon as she said 'no' because I wasn't there, my boyfriend began to leave. Even continuing to loudly and rudely talk about him as he was leaving and telling her thanks anyway and have a nice day.
