If I could rate lower I would. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Selected this company as my prime source for pet food supply. Up until 9/22, it would have remained this way.On 9/22 at 9:43 AM, I approached the counter with a bag of cat food (Purina Pro Plan). For the past 5 years, I have been able to use my membership under Purina to have discounts at Tractor supply, a supplier of Purina products. I’m able to use this since my wife is a veterinarian student and former veterinary technician (they fix your pets, so the industry gives back to its experts. Makes sense.)Using this method every couple of weeks for the past 5 years to feed our pets, I have never run into the issue I had at the Canyon Rd Tractor Supply with Manager Steve and his sidekick (didn’t catch his name), nor have I dealt with the amount of unprofessional attitude, condension, and disrespect as I did that day.With a bag of cat food, I pulled out my logged in membership account and presented it as always ready to pay. Steve said “well you’ve never done this with me” implying he’s already set out to be a hardass and make life difficult.He continues to express that he knows everything about the company and all the policies and this is not part of it. As any regular customer does, they press on the matter with “please double check” and “I was just here doing this 2 weeks ago”. He continues to oppose me on this subject. I literally do this 1 or twice a month, and again, have done so for the latter 5 years!He says, “we’re here to make money, how am I supposed to do this?” I’m just a loyal customer ready to make the payment. After that I said “Really? Even though I do this every other week? If you wanted to make money, you just failed your company and your customer. You don’t get a sale from me anymore.” I plopped the bag on his counter for him to restock and left.You, sir, have bad customer skills and should not be in a management position - coming from a manager himself.P.S. I left, went to Pet Supplies Plus (who has a fully stocked shelf - unlike tractor supply) and got exactly what I needed for my hungry pets at the discount I am supposed to get.Thanks Pet Supplies Plus! Went to rent their utility trailer only to be told it's broken. No explanation on the break. We Looked the trailer over and it looked perfectly operational. Thoughts are the manager was to lazy to come assist the little girl who was unsure.

Dont dare have anything delivered, my stock tank was delivered at the wrong location,and they said they aren't responsible,can't issue a refund unless they have the item back. Done doing business here.

Absolutely my favorite store. I go here all the time and I have never been dissatisfied with the inventory.In addition to that, their customer service is absolutely outstanding and unmatched by any other store.

Bought some items on sale to find out they are not on sale even though the sign states otherwise. Spoke to the manager she agreed that a employee made a mistake. I asked to return the items and she said she could not help me return them. I said there 10 people in line and she rolled her eyes and said and? Took 20 minutes and it was their mistake.

Terrible return policy. They do not want to give you money back (with receipt) if you lose the debit card you purchased item with. They will only offer to you a gift card. Not right
