“I ordered a refrigerator and it was in the hands of xpo for a week then it set in their warehouse for another 2.5 days..when I picked it up I noticed that the box was not damaged at all..I actually said that out loud as I was looking at it with the customer service rep was there..This was the first time that I have received a package with no damage.. Awesome... Thank you God Bless”
