Had recall work and that seems to be taken care of, but they left doorway muddy footprints on all 4 doorways. Seems if they took pride in their work, they should've cleaned THEIR mess. Not very professional. Service manager I dealt with was great, I didn't notice the mess till I got home

Terrible customer service. We purchased a vehicle from them almost two months ago, and they still haven’t registered it. We have no license plates, and they don’t even have the title. I’ve called multiple times and left voicemails with no response. The few people I did speak with were rude and dismissive. Today I was finally told that the paperwork hadn’t even been filed—they only submitted it after I called to ask about it.
The woman in their title department, who is supposed to handle this, basically told me, “It’s a process, just wait,” as if I should simply wait indefinitely for them to do their job. This has been the worst experience. Do not buy from them; save yourself the headache. I’ve purchased many vehicles elsewhere and it has always been a smooth, professional process. The customer service here has been absolutely shocking.
I didn’t even receive an apology—only attitude and excuses—despite the fact that this issue is clearly their responsibility. They’ve given me the runaround for weeks, ignored my calls, and failed to call me back after promising they would. I am still waiting on a callback from their so-called manager. Ridiculous

The staff was very kind. The shuttle driver was amazing and super friendly. The only negative comment would be for the people who did the work on my car, when they welded my hinge on my passenger door they splattered stuff all over my passenger door and seat and left it there. I had to use steam to remove it.

I must have called 3-4 times a day and rarely if ever was able to get someone on the phone. The communication was extremely poor and I will not be returning.

Trevor was the first one to greet us and was very up front that it was only his second day. He was very nice. Then Roy came out to help. Roy was very knowledgeable and helpful. Last person was Brian and he was also very kind and helpful. Overall this was absolutely the easiest, most relaxed car buying experience I have ever had. We spent most of the time laughing and joking around. I never felt pressured to buy. Hands down best experience!! Thank you guys so much!!
