Tri-state Ford was able to help service my truck when the other Ford dealership I bought my truck from kept putting me off. All i wanted was to get an update on the navigation, I had tried to even sevral schedule appointments weeks in advance and told once I got there I would have to still leave my truck there and maybe they could get to it, or be given a weak excuse why they couldn't get to it. Tri-state not only did what I was wanting, they were able to get me in and out quickly. They were very helpful and made me feel like a valued customer. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

had 8am appt. dropped my truck off at 7, cause some people have a real job, unlike Chris the service manager. spoke with him @ 7:31 he got nothing done, forgot the truck was there, then blamed me. we had words, then said he wouldnt work on it. i have been driving fords 4 40 years, thanks 2 tri state, i will trade them all in. incompetent, should be fired.

Poor. Tri-state estimated my Vct solenoid and timing chain replacement at 4600 dollars. Went to a independent and getting it done for 3150. Mechanic said he didn't need to replace half the parts Tri-state wanted to charge me for. Tri-state can't sell 80,000 dollar trucks so they are making money by ripping people off on parts and service. Bought 2 vehicles there. They have forever lost my business. As well as Ford.

I went and got my vehicle Tuesday. I had to drive four hours to get the vehicle. Online the price was 26k, but they tried to finance it for 29k. When I pointed it out the question of was that important. Why yes 3k makes a big difference. I did everything online, got a good loan rate. Drove the four hours there to get it. The vehicle was clean on the outside and appeared clean on the inside, tank was a little under half way (never bought a car they did not fill up). The tire light was also on. I mention this to the sellsman and he shrugs it off, i then go and sit with the financial guy for the loan and advise him if the tire, he blames the weather. Hell if I had a tire gauge on me I would check it my dam self. Leave and do some running around. Go to remove the paper mats that are over the plastic mats in the car and there is beaded up sticky oil everywhere underneath everything. So the car was a good price even tho they tried to raise it, loan was good, but the professionalism and lack of care was appalling. I can honestly say one of my worst car buying experiences.

Caden was very professional and knowledgeable about the Ford F-150 we purchased. He got us a great deal. Daniel in financing was also very knowledgeable and helpful in getting the best deal on extra insurance for peace of mind on the vehicle. Thank you all!!

Caden was a delight, very polite and most helpful when it came to purchasing our used vehicle. He truly went out of his way to get us financed at a payment we could afford. I would highly recommend his services!

My wife took her Bronco in for service and said everyone was very nice and helpful. The service was also completed in a timely manner. She had taken it to Gene Messer on one another occasion and was not impressed with their service staff at all.She will be going back to Tri State from now on!

Took my Ford escape to have a headlight replaced. I booked the appointment five days in advance online with details of what I needed done. Upon arrival, I was told that they did not have that bulb but I would have to wait 45 minutes while they went to get one. Almost 2 hours later my vehicle was ready! They did lower the cost since it did take so long which was good. My major complaint is, if you book something in advance you should have the part already available since you had that information prior to the appointment!

Tri State was able to place an order for a 2023 Bronco for my wife in June. We got the vehicle delivered yesterday and she loves it! We always use Auto Inc dealerships for our purchases because of the way we are treated, like we are a priority. Tim Turley is a great GM and very patient with all the questions during the process. Special thanks to Rod for bringing it down to us late on a Saturday night.

We have tried to get our 2020 pickup fixed for 3 years. This is the 1st time that I was treated like a real person and not a stupid woman. Eugene was fantastic today. Don't lose him. He took care of my car and took information from my husband to try and get his truck taken care of. As long as Eugene is at Tri State we will use this car service.

The person who answers the phone when you call up there to begin with talks way to fast.. Service was quick and somewhat affordable. They couldn't fix what I originally went for right away. They had to order parts. They say its backordered and they don't know when it would come in and the issue was made worse after the diagnosis.. So now I have to live with a greater inconvenience until the parts come in. I did not like that when I called and asked about my vehicle that the person who answered the phone at the service desk and was not my original "service advisor" at the service desk could not tell me anything about it.. they said that my particular "service advisor" would have to tell me what was going on. I'm disappointed that they could not look into the computer and tell me what was going on themselves. When I did pick up my vehicle I was handed the keys and had to go look for the vehicle on the lot myself.. I was not sure where it was. They did not provide anything extraordinary about the service.

This past weekend my wife and myself went to Tri State Ford to look at and possibly purchase a vehicle from them. We test drove the vehicle and liked it the salesperson was nice at first. When we went into the office he became very pushy and didn't listen to us at all. We discussed our situation with no trade in because her car had been totaled in a wreck and it had not been settled out so we were not sure what kind of down payment we could make but had an idea of what that was and where we wanted our payments at. As usual he had the talk to the sales manager he returned with an option of 10000 down and a 900.00 payment I replied no that doesn't work. He said what if I can get zero down and the payment you want. I said sure again he went to the sales managers office and returned with pretty much the same offer but this time it was 15000.00 down.I kindly said no and Thank you for your time but we were going to go. As we left the sales manager was in the show room as I headed out the door he said I guess we are about 15000.00 off I replied yes we are and went outside my wife was behind me when the sales manager said in a whiny voice I guess we are not going to make 15000.00 today boo hoo this is very unprofessional treatment of a 2 time customer as a matter of fact we had just bought the car that got totalled from them just 8 months ago how fast you get forgotten about. But with his actions I nor anyone in my family will ever buy anything from tri state or any other dealership in the AutoInc family of dealerships what a joke family of dealerships this is not how you treat family.

I was having a minor intermittent issue on my f150. I reached out to the service department for advice.I scheduled service for a Friday. On that Friday, the check engine light was not on. I was told to just drive it and wait until it came back on, bring it back, and don't turn the truck off, and they will read the code and schedule service. They next Friday, the check engine light came back on. I did what they told me to, and they scheduled service for the following Wednesday. I brought it in at 10 am. I got a call that it was ready at 2:56.I can not overstate the appreciation that I have for the honesty and follow through that the service department at this dealership has. When it's time, I'll be buying our next vehicle here.
