Impressively, quick and thorough! Good people too! I have used the Amarillo location and the Sayre,Oklahoma location. Both were equally impressive. Won a free p.m. at a company event, pulled in on a Sunday afternoon, no hassles no worries. Definitely my go to for PM service. good people doing great work! Great job!

Too bad there are not more stars. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The crew were quick and very friendly. They are short of my oil choice, but that is not their fault. They do need many more locations. They are a hell of a lot better than speedco. Great job Lubezone.

WARNING!!! THIS PLACE WILL DAMAGE YOUR TRUCK!!Came in for oil change and brought in my oil and filters. They started to drain the oil before even telling me the price! They broke my fuel separator and put all 13 gallons of oil in the truck!!!!They should me a dipstick that was clearly wiped off I was afraid that they may do further damage so I left as fast as possible.I went to the TA across and sure enough had to drain over 2 gallons because the oil level was an 2 inches above the max line all the up the dip stick!

Don’t get an oil change anywhere else, these guys will have you finished in 25 min. Amazing, I HATE going anyplace else and I’ll usually throw a fit and get kicked out, this place is awesome and has been awesome for years!

Went to get batteries tested and fuel filters changed. They couldn't figure out how to get to the battery compartment. Refused to work on it.

I got there at 8:06, they don't close until 9:00 when a employee came to tell me that the guy in front of me was there last one because they had to clean up. What happened to they are open until working until 9:00 then they clean up after they are done. it states on the website no appointment needed

This location of Lube Zone physically broke the fuel filter dozer of my 2020 Freightliner Cascadia.Once it was broken and irreparable, I had to tow the tuck to the Freightliner dealer for $.The dealer found Lube Zone at fault, but Lube Zone refused to address the matter or take responsibility! They simply said it was a natural issue with the dozer. This was utterly false as it was confirmed by the dealer that the dozer was broken at the point where the filters were inserted. The filter was over torqued from what they could figure out.I spent over $500 in towing and more than $2300 in replacing the dozer and filter. The surprising thing is that Lube Zone is not only responsible for these damages but also responsible for my downtime, but also for my loss of income as I had to let a different company take my load to deliver it on time.I have receipts and proof from the dealer. This is a legitimate unresolved issue. Please do not go to Lube Zone as you will put your truck at risk of damage due to their incompetent techs and their irresponsible management.
