I recently had to stop at U-Haul , and I had an outstanding experience thanks to Kathy and Oscar. They truly went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly.
A huge thank you to Oscar for getting our U-Haul back on the road quickly and efficiently. He also fixed the problem with our AC, which made our move so much more comfortable. Kathy's customer service was exceptional; she was friendly, helpful, and made the rental process seamless.
I highly recommend this U-Haul location for their exceptional service and dedicated staff. Thank you, Kathy and Oscar, for making our experience so positive!

The manager here is a scam artist I rent trucks all the time from western and occasionally here as well. I own a moving company and I was ripped off like I have never been before all this time running a moving company. 75 dollar cleaning fee? 20 dollar after hours fee? More than the truck itself! Dan and everyone at western as never done some scam stuff like this to me! My truck was clean and I dropped the keys off to the manger and notified of my problem. The problem with me checking my truck in was unreal. It was impossible to do so. Due to the horrible service out there! I took her the keys at 5:30 my truck was not due until 12:30 the next day. There was no way I should’ve been charged and after hours fee. And 75 dollar cleaning fee for what? U-Haul even states a little dust they can blow out with a blower. Never have they or will they charge for dust. Deep clean however spills and what not is exception. I only ever have a little dust in the back if that. That truck was ready for use. She took the most absolute advantage of me. Never have I. Or will I bring a dirty truck in. I make profits not pay out more than I should. 75 dollar cleaning fee lady? I started the investigation and disputed your false theift against me. I’m glad there is someone above you and your position. Or the world would be an ugly place with people like you you. I’ve heard horrible stories of the scam going on at that location to get more money for their store. I found out the hard way. Hopefully Dan can help me get my money back tomorrow. I will never recommend this location to anyone! Scam artist and horrible liars to top that off.

My father and I went to return a van close to closing time. We tried to check in the van through the app but had issues. Thankfully even with it being a little after 7, Conner came and helped us get checked in. He was EXTREMELY kind and helpful, going above and beyond. We were very grateful for his help! Connor is definitely the man you want to see at this location! Thanks Connor!

We had 2 trucks breakdown and after a poor experience with another dealer we were directed to this location. They were very helpful. Having us park sick truck so goods could be easily moved to new truck, giving us water and letting us use their break room for our lunch and doing everything they could to expedite our departure.

Arrived for drop off of my U-Haul from another city. Not well signed about what to do upon drop off. No one greeted me in the drop off area. Went inside. Lady told me someone should be outside. Went outside. Wandered around. Multiple people obviously saw me but said and did nothing. They were busy working cleaning out trailers. Finally, someone told the lady manager that they think I might be looking for her. She came over and was nice. I explained my situation about some unfortunate things that happened on my rental, and she says she will try to refund me some money. Nothing has happened and I don't think it will.

Rented a uhaul and dolly. Was charged $160 from my debit card. The bill was $71, I still haven't gotten my money back. The one on Weatern never did this. DO NOT GO TO 6TH STREET. Western is the place to go.

Very slow and always are charging extra for gas even if you bring it back perfect. The manager is extremely rude and wouldn't suggest allowing her to keep her position. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
