Some of the rudest women working up at the front counter on 8/24 around noon. Went in to get a pickup order, they could not find it and was acting as if we were the reason. Little comments to coworkers. When I said thank you after they finally found the order, I was met with a scoff and rolled eyes. I’ve never had this experience here before so it was pretty shocking how rude they were to us when it was nothing but pleasantries until they found out we were a pick up order.

I had the best experience getting my eyebrows waxed at Ulta. My appointment was with Rebecca. When I got there she was finishing up with the previous appointment and while she cleaned we started talking. I told her I have sensitive skin and we continued to chat while she set up for my appointment.
She mapped out the shape of my brows and asked what I thought and gave me some other options if I didn’t like what I saw but they looked great. Before she started, she put the wax on herself to test the temperature. She remembered I have sensitive skin and asked if I was ok with her trying something on me she does for other sensitive skinned clients and I agreed. She was super gentle and explained everything as she worked and was very pleasant to talk to. When she was finished she asked what I thought and asked if I wanted some additional shaping and did some for me. She put aloe on and then styled them.
They looked/look amazing! The best part is in about 4-5 hours my skin was no longer red and this morning it is completely normal like nothing happened! I usually have redness and a little swelling for at least a day if not two! I will definitely be returning for Rebecca to keep my eyebrows looking their best!

my hair COMPLETELY flattened after literally only 5 and a half hours after getting it curled???? i got my hair curled at town square hair & barber studio on time square and my curls lasted 3 DAYS!!!!! waste of money if you aren't going to do whatever you got your hair curled for immediately after curling!!!!

Clint was amazing to talk to and deal with. He was very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He knowledge pointed me in the right direction for my skin care.
Sadly, he is from Dallas and won't be in the store all the time.

On 04-11-25 I went to Ulta and the most wonderful makeup artist Emily assisted me. She helped in figuring out the best fondation, powder, and blush for my daughter. She was kind, patient, and was very engaging. Thank you Emily for your professionalism and your hard work.

I wanted to get on here and just say that today was my first time shopping at Ulta and an employee there named Moni was absolutely amazing!! She helped me with everything I needed and helped me find what would work best for me!! I loved my experience and I will be going back!!

Clean store and friendly staff. Only complaint is the wait lines to check out are terrible. When the line goes all the way around and down the isle, maybe you should put on another checker.
