Kyle or Kyler, who works overnight at a bakery, likes to walk right up behind women and get very close to them. Once caught, he thinks it’s funny when they’re scared that he was going to do something. When asked why he was so close he told me that I’m ignorant and to go talk to someone else. When I walked by him again he wanted to run his mouth and start saying go find someone and continued to say not work appropriate things to a customer.

I like United in most locations for several reasons, but avoid this one as much as possible. The management here is in serious need of restructuring or retraining. This location is giving the chain a bad name. I’ve seen several times where they put clearly expired items back out on the shelf that I have pointed out to them and that their workers diligently have removed. I even returned an item once, which was expired, and bad, and opened, only to find it out on the shelf for sale a few days later! The deli is often unclean and unsanitary, the workers are frequently unhappy (likely due to management) and cleanliness and supply chain issues abound. It’s not a pleasant location to shop.

I loved their wide selection of gluten free options, although I'd like them to be more organized. (Potato gnocchi is *not* a gluten free pasta lol)

It was our first time there. Clean, organized, and store well laid out. Cashier was friendly.

Clean and well organized supermarket. Staff has always been super nice also! Kinda pricey I think, but everywhere is anymore..

I am a bit disappointed in the flowers I bought yesterday at the store on 45th in Amarillo. Normally they stay beautiful for at least a week . They are already drooping and some are dying.

Disgusting bathrooms. I was only able to take pictures of the women’s bathrooms but my husband spoke to a lady, she claimed she was the manager, about the men’s bathrooms. Both bathrooms were covered in trash, toilets that were disgusting, and were not hygienic. We also called to speak to a manger, we were put on hold and then hung up on. When calling again, they spoke to us, were very argumentative, and hung up again. We went inside to speak to the manager and were told “they have left for the day”.

We love this united they always have exactly what we’re looking for and the staff is always so helpful and kind! Our most favorite person is Shelby! Shelby always has a big smile on his sweet face and is always so positive and willing to help!!

Great store, great service, great people. The produce is always fresh and right now the hatch green chili fest is the only reason you need to visit.
