I WISH I NEVER WASTED MY TIME WORKING HERE AND FOUND A BETTER EMPLOYER
This was the heading of my latest review , This has now become a rubber band review , I hope this is my last revision of this , but we'll see . This company has given the full time employees there full-time hours back. The only reason I'm not going 4 star review is because I shouldn't have had to write a bad review in the first place , I hope the managment team knows that I am very thankful the hours being reinstated to myself and I'm sure I speak for the 3 other employees that have gotten them back ,
Thank you Nessa for going above and beyond to make this happen . I hope you have a very blessed holiday .

The people who are supposed to bring groceries were lazy. No one helped and were rude. All baggers were just standing inside looking at you. United is known for their customer service & we shop there because of it. Not this one! Baggers didn’t want to help customers or the cashiers & we ended up having to push our own cart, then when we took it back, we had to force our cart onto a person watching us. Carts were all in the way outside too. Not going back to that location.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the service I received at United Pharmacy. During my recent interaction, I encountered unprofessional customer service and communication that fell below acceptable standards.
When I called to inquire about filling my prescription, the staff member confirmed availability but indicated there would be a significant delay due to a backlog of 165 prescriptions. She further explained that my medication, being a controlled substance, would be flagged if filled in the morning and would therefore need to be processed later in the day.
This interaction raised several concerns about the pharmacy’s operational procedures and customer service approach. The explanation provided regarding controlled substance scheduling appeared inconsistent with standard pharmacy practices, and the overall communication lacked the professionalism I would expect.
I believe this matter warrants attention to ensure other customers receive appropriate service and accurate information about prescription processing procedures.
I would appreciate your review of this matter and any steps that may be taken to address these service concerns

Bakery with sign says make fresh daily. It’s false advertisement. It sells 3 days old sandwich. When we asked the worker if they have any newer or fresher sandwich. The worker was unhappy and rudely told us that all they have and new one will come out at 5 pm. Something really wrong here.

Great grocery store. Fresh produce! Wide variety of items in all departments. Sackers carry groceries to your car.

Good customer service, very polite and respectful, didn't take more than 15 minutes, and I was already in my car thanks to the pharmacy staff. It was a very good experience. I came from Dalhart, and I was very impressed with how quickly they took care of my request.

Remember to leave your shopping carts in the parking lot! Food didn’t get cheaper when grocery stores installed self check outs, it won’t get cheaper if they don’t have to hire real people to collect the carts!!!

When United runs a special, like today with Corned Beef, the management needs to ensure that they have all of the ingredients on hand for customers to purchase for sandwiches. Otherwise customers have to go to Market Street to buy the remainder of those ingredients.
Also, it's very disheartening to have several customers waiting, two of which with a cane and the other on a store scooter, waiting in the deli for 20-30 minutes for an employee to help them. There were at least 5 employees between the bakery and the food bar that made eye contact with all of the customers but not one asked if anyone needed anything. Finally a Boar's Head salesman had to stop stocking his shelves and make someone do their job.
