You will always meet someone interesting in this comic game store. The comic store breed is dying, and that is sad. This place has a lot to it, and if you are a tabletop gamer, you need to visit and invest in what they have.

I was recently involved in a transaction with Darren Hurtchison. I sold him my approximately 12,000 comic book collection this collection was Amazing Fantasy 15, X-Men 1, Avengers 1, X-Men 1, Journey into Mystery, Daredevil 1, Justice League ( silver ilver age) SpWn, Fantatic 4, #2, Aquaman 1.Most of th!e above had runs up to 50 or more. These were CGC graded. Darren was totally cordial, chummy. But when he got what he wanted his demeanor changed. He had agreed to throw in a statue and offered some other niceities. I spent 3 months trying to get one of thede. Darren was rude about my inquiries. Finally receivëd. Not the other things Darren offere. Go to Big Apple on Westerm.

ordered 6 variants 1 had 3/4 " rip on cover 3 others had bends on 0n corners that left cress on front back and each page 2 out of 6 seamed good buyer beware i should have read reviews

Walking into this 'store' is really bizarre. While the set up is mainly nice, it's super empty for the space it occupies. They have boxes everywhere like its in the middle of barley being opened but judging by the reviews it's been in amarillo for a while. The customer service here is absolutely abysmal! No one greeted us when we walked in, fine but no one asked if we needed help with anything either. We came to amarillo from lubbock hoping to find some pokemon cards. When approaching the front area, where they check customers out the two women sitting there looked bored and annoyed. One briefly looked up and said hello before going back to playing on her phone, while the other never looked up from her phone. We stared where all the cards they had were, but they never once asked what we were looking for. There was another man sitting in the play area, and he also never looked up from his phone once. The atmosphere was super strange and we quickly left because it felt like we were interrupting there chill session more than anything else. Maybe teach your employees to engage with customers a little? To make a sale perhaps??

I do not recommend this "business" ? ?Sketchy operations in here! Can't fulfill orders in timely manners, send damaged goods to the point where I have to film my unboxing of orders, and still not refunded with proof of screw ups. On top of it, unknown now just sent me the wrong comics and up charge me for the ones I ordered! They don't even have contact information on their website anymore cause clearly shady and not accountable for their actions. Zero integrity & shameless tactics.In 35 years of being in comic business, the worst vibes I've ever come across.Stay away & go elsewhere!!Literally over 50x 1 star reviews for a reason!! Nothing but horror stories here

I really don't like to leave bad reviews and I gave them ample time to rectify my problem but it just hasn't happened. I ordered a comic from them on September 12 2022. This was a Peach Momoko Star Wars cover CGC graded 9.8. This was a preorder and I was very excited to get this. The cover was released in October then should have been sent to CGC following its release. After about 6 weeks I started to wonder where my book was. I started emailing and they always had an excuse. The latest excuse was that CGC is backed up. I personally have sent in my own books and received them back and this same book graded is available on EBay already. I am tired of excuses and now I just want my money back or my book. I hope they read this and reply but I really hope they just take care of their business.

I just opened my 1:100 Momoko Mandalorian variant to have it signed at comic con only to find they sent me the trade dress! I paid $100 for a $4 comic. To say I'm upset would be the biggest understatement.

I spent hundreds of dollars with this company. never once as so much as a email complaining on condition of a book. first time I send an email about a bad copy they send me, after making me jump through hoops like taking pictures of the box and packing slip that most people have thrown out, I send them pictures of the $150 book with nearly a couple dozen spine ticks just on the front and the back cover completely filled with color rub, they email me back saying that this book is "within their 9.2 guarantee" and they aren't doing anything about it. So beware when you spend your hard earned dollars here that if you happen to get a book in bad condition they will make you jump through hoops and then tell you you are out of luck. Every group ive posted to says that book in no way shape or form a 9.8.and they know it as well. smh. Buyer Beware!!

Although the store is usually fairly clean, their selection of warhammer is simply bizarre. Dozens upon dozens of the same kit, easily hundreds or thousands of dollars in redundant, senseless merchandise. Need Intercessors? They don’t have that, but they do have 30 boxes of Paragon Warsuits along with 12 Belakor centerpiece models. Cannot stress how odd and arbitrary the stock is. Plus they never restock paints
