These kids took a package from me for a return, printed the label from an email and applied it, and then kept my package. It never logged in any databases at UPS store or Amazon. You can’t get anyone on the phone to review anything with you no matter how hard you try. AND When I returned with my receipt and sticker copy they told me it shipped and showed logged in at Amazon 4 days later but Amazon says they never got it. So looks like they stole my package and lied to my face about it. That’s cool. Thanks guys 😘

Every time I go in here to do an Amazon return the employees are so rude. They don't great you and act like it's an inconvenience that you are in their store. I will not be using this store again. I'll drive across town out of my way to avoid this store. I suggest you do also!!!

I have never been more displeased by a mailing company. The ladies at this location are extremely RUDE and also lazy. I received notice my package was sent here. Came with the tracking number, they were very unsuccessful at locating said package. Even after I called UPS and got delivery confirmation and also contacted original sender and they also show package was delivered. I left, no package. Spent 2 days contacting UPS and Seller, each time showing confirmation of receipt of package even with the person that received the package. I returned today to again try and receive said package. The lady working was EXTREMELY rude and did NOT even attempt to look up my package. Some poor new girl tried to find out buy was ignored as was I by the other worker. I am now convinced that the workers at this location are not only RUDE and Incompetent but may also be thieves. Not only do I now not have a package but am now going to have difficulty getting a refund since both UPS and the seller show the item was delivered. Might I also say how frustrating it is that no actual humans answer phones anymore.

This place is very busy and the workers are very rude as well. They are not helpful at all. I asked for help in changing a delivery preference and they told me they did do that. We only pass out packages. WOW a Jr high student could do better than this.

Considering they now charge a computer fee plus the charge for printing a label on a piece of paper. It cost me over $3.00 to do a free return. I didn't get to use the computer and use the time paid for. I will now start avoiding UPS for business as well as personal shipping. Don't even get me started on the number of employees that consistently look and act like they would rather be anywhere but where they are.
