I took a package to this location that according to UPS tracking has not been received by UPS after more than a week. I paid for shipping, watched as more tape was added to the package that I had already secured. I was given a receipt and told when it would be delivered. When I went back to speak to someone about its whereabouts I was told a claim would be entered and that “ this happens a lot at this location” I was also told I would receive a call that day after the claim was entered. I did not receive a call. I went back 2 days later and was told I would need to come back when the manager was there. So I went back 2 days later and was told by the same woman who had told me she would enter the claim and call me, that she had not entered the claim yet. The claim was finally entered that day and it is a huge headache. The claim center needs proof of receipts for the items I shipped. They were purchased weeks before and I did not keep those receipts. I will never use this store again.

I have started using this as my go-to UPS store in Amarillo. Every single time I go in there (five times now) the employees are pleasant and helpful. I never feel like they are rushing me--or that I'm annoying them--with any transaction no matter how busy they are. And, even when they are busy they still manage to work through the line of customers as quickly as can be expected. Shipping anything can be a frustrating process these days, no matter where you go, so I am happy to say my stress level is the lowest here out of any other UPS store I've used (and waaaay better than the post office by far. Ugh.).
