First of all, the UPS Store on Bell and Hillside is ALWAYS exceptional!!
The last few times I’ve been to the branch on Wolflin I’ve had issues, every time. This time, I went in to return a package and the person helping me scanned my return barcode and printed the label THEN mentioned I needed better packaging after all of that. (Amazon doesn’t need your own packaging and this was a different company so I wasn’t aware)
She didn’t offer for me to purchase a simple shipping sleeve/bag onsite right then so she said she would void the ticket and so I took it as a sign I was to leave and come back with it packaged up. Now I go in to get it shipped, it’s in packaging and the return ticket is voided and can’t be printed. So I now have to contact the company I’m returning too and get it sorted out because it’s not voided in the company’s records. It says it’s on its way to the company, but it’s obviously not.
I try to extend grace and kindness to all because I too need it and have worked in customer service before. It’s just poor training, communication and consideration when your entire business is now dependent upon people EASILY returning things to companies. 😔

Quick and easy. My packages arrive on time and in one piece. The clerk was extremely friendly and helpful and I always have a good experience at the UPS store

If they would just open up based on the hours posted everything would be good. There were a ton of cars waiting outside at 810 am. Hours were open at 8 am. I left and came back at 830 am. Still closed.

This is my favorite UPS location, hands down. They are always so nice & get you taken care of and out the door quickly. Especially love Danee. She is a real joy & always has a bright smile & great customer service.

Charged me $2 for two 8" pieces of tape. My friend had an Amazon label printed (two pages) and bought an envelope for $1.42. But $1 per 8" piece of tape to place on my two Amazon little bags! Are you kidding me? GTHOH

Danee was working in the store by herself. Her coworker was at lunch. She was taking care of a freight delivery, answering the phone and had a line of about 8 people. Despite this pressure packed situation she was very friendly, efficient and patient. She treated each customer like they were her only customer in the store. Doing so promptly with a smile on her face for everyone! Few people can maintain such a customer focused service experience in a hectic environment. She did so effortlessly!
