This is for Upshaw Insurance company in Amarillo. My sister had a car accident on Monday 8/14/23 and the other party has Upshaw as their company. The other party backed over my sisters very nice Ultima Nissan breaking the passenger window and crushing both doors,she had to honk because he didn't know he was backing over her. It's Friday now 8/18/23 and the adjuster's phone has been going to voice mail since Monday with a full mailbox. What kind of company doesn't answer their phones? Called the office multiple times to be told if she didn't want to wait that she could file it on her insurance. HUM imagine that, they want her to pay for an incident that wasn't her fault. Fishy smelling! Well shes not putting it on her insurance, as that would make her insurance more expensive. Why should a mother who works 12 to 16 hours a day have to drive home with a broke window and glass all over her car and have to put her children and grandchildren in this car. Its Upshaw's responsibility as an insurance company to get her a rental car in a timely manner. They made me give them a star to post, believe me they would have got 0. GO GO Giecko when I had my wreck they were there with my rent a car the same day .
