Great customer service. I was able to pay with an form of payment that was needed. There is a fee for cards being used as a form of payment. But overall, great experience and no issues.

Every time I go to the Ross facility staff usually busy, but complete their tasks efficiently, making any wait time go reasonably fast. Even with the longer Christmas lines, the wait wasn't too bad.

I showed up at lunch to renew passport. The regular person was at lunch. Another young lady said come on - let’s get it done. Took about 20 minutes and the hardest part was having to pay. Ha. Thanks
