I need something to be done about this. I had coupons from toot and Totum coming in the mail, and One of the mail delivery people who comes to my house, took them and never delivered them, and I have confirmation that they were supposed to be delivered two days ago. I need something to be done about this because my mailman is stealing my mail.

Made an appointment 1 week in advance and the branch cancelled the day of 1 hour before the appointment. Did not clarify if Ill get a refund for the fee, possible other times to schedule, just said I'd have to reschedule and figure it out myself. The branch itself didn't even pick up the phone after.
Always had terrible customer service before this at this branch, but this was the last straw. Absolutely ridiculous.

Absolutely horrible they are changing our mailboxes in my community but when you go to get the keys from the post office like we are told to do by our property manager we get told the property manager has the keys I called the property manager and guess what they lied to us they didn't give her any keys.

The lack of doing their job I didn't receive a Christmas package till the Saturday after Christmas plus yesterday & today so far mail lady has just as by my house. Didn't bother herself in taking the mail I had out to mail & haven't seen a mail person yet today. It is now almost 4:00. Where in the heck is my usual mailman.!?

I agree with the last guy. 0 if i could but 1 star for the guy who helped me. the guy with blue hair was extremely rude to every customer. the mexican guy was so so nice!! but blue hair was yelling so so rude to customers

It takes a special kind of stupid and laziness for a delivery postal person to NOT deliver a required signature package to the door and put the failer to delivery notice in the community freaking mailboxs. I mean I just don't get how these morons get hired and can't even do their job correctly. At the same time I am complaining in line at the post office ,where my package isn't, either, another neighbor from the same area comes in saying her package was screwed up. Zero trust in the usps here. Zero stars!! Get someone with a brain to cover priority deliveries!!

0 star if I could…. Been a few weeks now, never got back to me. I had something shipped out and my tracking number never worked, it was a fairly expensive package. My customer never received it so I lost a customer and money. This has happened twice. Either stealing is going around here or they just have no idea what they’re doing. The manager told me she would get back with me… 1 month later still nothing.
On a positive side… UPS on Bell is amazing and take care of there customers. I highly recommend them. USPS is fine, but this location is absolutely terrible.

Anytime I order a package, it’s a nightmare cahse of this place. I’ll either NOT get it at all, or they’ll claim to deliver it and it be a “bad address,” when they clearly deliver regular mail to THE SAME ADDRESS. But if it’s an Amazon package or any other product, all of a sudden there’s an issue? I recently ordered books for class and this place returned them to the sender saying the address doesn’t exist. This is the THIRD time it’s happened since early July when it all started. First it was Amazon products and medicine I was having shipped, now it’s my school books. This is the worst post office we have, and the staff definitely isn’t any better. Last time I went in there I was degraded by a staff member and called dumb, even though I proved myself to be right.

I moved into my new place about a month ago. Mailbox for the street are locked boxes. I was told when I moved they would change the locks that week. They gave me the 2 keys and said 1 would be in the mailbox. My keys never opened it! I went to the post office yesterday because it was my son's birthday and there were packages delivered there. They told me that whatever paperwork they had stated the lock was changed. They said they'd change it again. They gave me 2 more keys (I gave the 1st set back) and said they'd change the locks today but also have the postal carrier bring the packages to me. Neither thing happened. Mail has already came, key didn't work yet again. And no packages, which are likely still in the mailbox that my 8 year old son was supposed to have for his birthday YESTERDAY! Highly disappointed!
