I’m still wondering where my mail disappears to? Junk mail seems to be delivered but when it comes to things like bank statements, credit card statements and other billing’s they seem to get lost ! Worst Post Office and mail delivery ever. Have found out on my own that somethings are returned to sender for no apparent reason…probably due to “ TO LAZY TO DELIVER “

So you keep ringing the belt for assistance and nobody coming to help.. the cashier in the picture just ignored me. Suddenly after 30 minutes of me ringing the bell she said very rude get in line.. now here I am on the line for another 30 minutes to get my mail.. what a lack of costumer service here. Hired more people.. and if this lady hates her job and human interaction.. she should quit and find something else to do. Because Costumer service is not for her.

My mail has drastically cut down.Even my neighbor says hers has.I even talked to postman who delivers at my job (tractor supply) whenever I can reach someone, gonna try & figure this out.My check should of been here from Colorado already.Usually here Mondays ,no later then Tuesday but once again no mail today or yesterday. This is the worst!! Customer service is non existent! Don’t bother calling them because they won’t answer, don’t bother going in to the office because no one will bother to help you. The very presence of you being there is inconveniencing them and you should leave. They never want to do their job, extremely rude all the time and I watched them yell at a little old lady. The government needs to get a hold of this office and employees and I mean fast they are disgraceful. Shame on you!

Worst post experience. Have had 3 packages be delivered or stated they were delivered and never received. Have filed several package claims and nothing comes of it. I swear the people who deliver here are stealing them once marked as delivered as this has happened to multiple people in my apartment complex. Had to file a case against mail theft of a usps employee and will see what comes of this.

If the USPS wants to keep raising their prices they should atleast have someone working the counter. Too many times I come in and there is a long line with 1 person working and they don't or can't call for backup or there is nobody at the counter for extended periods of time. There is zero urgency. When you do get helped the people are friendly otherwise I would give 1 star.

Our original marriage certificate was lost. It was likely misdelivered. We will never have our original certificate now. It's in someone's trash can. Absolutely terrible service. They misdeliver frequently, but when it's very important documents that can not be replaced and are marked as such boldly on the envelope, that's totally unacceptable.
