Do not use this station for passport appointments. Scheduled an appointment, employee showed up half an hour late then said we did not have time to fill out an application before the next appointment but that it didn't matter anyway because we did not bring the right documents.We made an appointment at the Canyon USPS office the next day and took the exact same documents. We were processed in 10 minutes with no trouble at all! The 15 minute drive was more than worth it for the wonderful customer service.

Be careful doing anything with them. Call to confirm. We booked a passport appointment only for them to tell us it didn’t work because it was on our phone. Showed them our confirmation and everything and they did not care. Not at all. Didn’t bother to offer to reschedule or have another employee help us. The “supervisor” was too cowardly to come out and talk to us about it. Sad this is the way they treat the people they work for.

Trying to get mail delivered is ridiculous. They tell me that there is no one to deliver mail to my address, I live 8 miles from the post office. The. I am out front Saturday and a mail truck passes my house …very frustrating

Jordan Station delivers the mail to 2715 Arnot Road, and for days they have been marking mails to be delivered at 6:40pm when they are aware that the business will be closed and label it as 'undeliverable', hence, they do not even show up. Some of these mails are bills that have to be paid. On other days, they simply do ghost deliveries by marking mails as 'delivered' and deliver them 2 days later or more.

These new carriers on our route in SJ, need to stop being so lazy and start leaving our mail on the days that they are supposed to left in our box and start picking up the mail that's been left hanging on our box that does not belong to us and pay closer attention to the mail that gets dropped on the ground. The other day I found a piece of my mail laying in the yard of my daughter's house.These new carriers need to get it together or the main post office is going to get tired of seeing my face

HORRIBLE “service”! Been calling for over 2 months on a lost package that they lost & NO ONE will help - phone prompts you to operator then hangs up on you! NO wonder they are a bankrupt government funded nightmare….and everyone uses UPS or FedEx….incompetent & incapable!

My husband and I took the day off from work to get passports. Show up early to ask a couple of questions and was treated very rudely. Then we are told that the lady is not there today to do the passports and that we need to reschedule and should have received a phone call. As we are there, thirty minutes before our appointment, we received a phone call about the cancellation. Horrible customer service and experience.

Terrible always delivering at the wrong mailboxes or houses. Called a couple of times on it. Same thing we will handle it they don’t. Got other people bank account info and other personal letters. People get my packages.
