Have rented from Van Country a couple times. We have a large family and sometimes need extra space for longer trips. Both have been perfect experiences — easy to work with, fair pricing. The vans are clean and well maintained. Great communication before, during and after the trip. Worked with special requests we had without hesitation. They are my first and only call when I need a van.

I was extremely impressed with Van and Country’s professionalism. Their communication before the reservation and during was excellent. Quinton did a great job, and a quick job, of checking in and get us out of there. The van was clean, low miles, and drove extremely well.

I have rented from Van Country Amarillo several times here in Amarillo and have never had any issues. The vans are perfect for weekend trips, vacations, or really anything you want and can accommodate a large group of people. The staff is ALWAYS helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and great at helping you select a van that meets and accommodates your trip. The policies and regulations are always clear and simply presented at the time of booking a reservation and when picking up the van. They even have a DIRECT phone number to reach if there are any issues. They make the whole experience very convenient and even have an easy after-hours drop off procedure. The staff makes it easy for us every time we rent. We love supporting a local business and will forever be loyal customers. Thank you VAN COUNTRY for being AMAZING!

The van was rented on a Tuesday for a business trip for 7 team members. We were told that we could return the van on Sunday (and tried to) but when we arrived to return it, the gate was locked. We called the number and no one answered so not knowing what else to do, we returned it on Monday morning. (When we picked it up, We were never given instructions on an after- hours return). After we returned the van on Monday, He called and began to make accusations of a dog being in the van (because 1 dog hair was found on the step even though he has a dog on the business premises) and that he would add extra charges for detailing or make up extra charges to cover his time. We told him no dogs had been in the van- it was a business trip. He proceeded to call us liars and threaten that he would make up additional charges. I personally confronted him about the accusations and threats and he handed me the receipt. This had been the second time we rented from this company but we will NEVER rent here again. RENTER BEWARE: this guy will accuse you (even when you have eye witnesses) and try to over charge you.

We experience some difficulties with our van during the rental. Quinton at van country rentals was extremely helpful and prompt in bringing us a different van and taking care of our needs immediately. Would not hesitate to recommend an Van Country Rentals.

The three vans we rented were immaculately clean, the reservation and pickup process was very easy and effortless. Also we were able to return them after hours that same night to avoid an additional use fee for another day. Very accommodating and easy to work with. I would definitely use VanCounty again, and highly recommend.
