After several calls and trying to meet up with Brittany we finally crossed paths. Her customer service was excellent!! I had a horrible experience with a Verizon store in Fort Worth and was ready to just cancel my whole account. Well Brittany changed all that she was very knowledgeable and took the time to show me how everything with my hotspot device works. Thank you so much

I spoke with Brittany today. She was very attentive and helpful. I was so close to purchasing a new Hotspot from her but my account had a $14 balance that I have to call in to pay. Definitely would buy a product from her next time.

Jessica is a wonderful employee, I come here all the time as a pit stop on my route. Jessica is always welcoming and delightful! She always has fun and delicious recommendations on things to try at the fuel island while I’m there and is just so fun to talk to.
She’s a very understand and compassionate person, when I was expressing issues with my data in certain locations she recommended a wonderful hotspot box for me to try. I use it everyday! Jessica is definitely a star employee and this location has become my favorite stop on my routes.

You can most definitely count on them to follow their own policies and guidelines when it benefits Verizon. However, if it is a policy that THEY WROTE that will hurt them to do, they will not follow that policy. This is a very catch 22 company that already over charges for their service to begin with. I definitely recommend using a Verizon third party or anyone else! I have never been stripped of service for a phone company breaking their own policies until I mistakenly chose Verizon for their superior Wi-Fi. Luckily, the third party Verizon carriers do have the same Wi-Fi and they actually follow the policies no matter what!
