Own a late model BMW. They charge $250 for an oil change while a franchise dealer charges $100. When I mentioned that to them, was told, if I didn't like their pricing I can go somewhere else...which I did by taking the car to one of the BMW dealers in Dallas. Thinking I had caught the person on bad day, I reached out again today for another issue which I would drop off the vehicle. Was told, "I don't think this is the right place for you based on our last conversation". He was absolutely right! Panhandle Eurotech will be my new service center.

I have a 2018 Mercedes Benz, and it was making crazy noises. I didn't want to take it all the way to Lubbock, and found the Vintage Autohaus. The *literally* fixed it in less than 10 minutes, and were incredibly attentive and helpful. I will never take my auto anywhere else!

This is a cool place to store cars, but don't take something to get fixed there. I took at car there on a Tuesday morning for them to check out and I called them later that day. "We will get to it in the morning." Next day I called them at 4pm. "We haven't had a chance to look at it yet." Next day I called again. "We are analyzing it now." Next day, "we have it up on a rack..." I said "mind if I just come get the car" They said "sure that's fine." Never once did they call me to give me any updates. No apologies, no nothing. There wasn't even anyone around when we came to get it. I am not exactly sure what business they are in besides storing cars, but fixing them isn't part of it.

Put simply, our experience at Vintage Autohaus was the best that we've ever had anywhere, any time. We were driving our '72 Ford Bronco from Colorado Springs to Gainesville, and broke down along highway 83 south of Shamrock, TX. We did some research and found Vintage, so did a 100 mile tow to Amarillo that afternoon. My fiancee emailed them (it was a Sunday) to let them know we were coming, and ask for assistance. The owner got back to us via email that evening and said to bring in our truck the next morning. We had the Bronco towed in the next morning, and were met by Ryan, the lead mechanic and restorer. He assured us he could get to the Bronco that day. About 5 hours later, he called and told us that the distributor had come apart on us, and the gear on the distributor had sheared off its pin; as he removed the distributor he managed to catch it before it fell into the engine, which would have meant a LOT of money taking apart the engine to retrieve the gear. He managed to get a new distributor within a couple hours, and had our Bronco back on its feet within just a few hours of our dropping it off. He's a true professional...extremely knowledgeable, courteous, enthusiastic, and honest. He told us to call him from the road to let him know how things were going, and let us know that we could always check in if we had any problems in the future. We have NEVER had this experience anywhere we've been. The owner came out to chat with us a bit as well, and is also a great guy. Ryan took us on a 45 minute tour of the classic cars they had there...he's truly a vintage car expert and enthusiast, and was awesome to talk to. This place gets my absolute highest rating. If you need a vehicle serviced by folks who are straight-up, kind and highly skilled, this is the place to go. We only wish the shop was in Gainesville!
