The worst customer service on the phone and in person… Burnett ponytail with glasses .. I use the Arden pharmacy they was out of my medicine so it was sent to this Walmart I was treated so poorly at the 45th and coulter site over the phone and in the drive through she was bothered to have to add my insurance or fill my prescription

I always receive top notch service here. No complaints. They go out of their way! My issue is their new telephone system. I needed to speak with a human and it’s one of those systems that will not let you in, it’s bad! I know they are busy and probably needed some telephone help, but this is not the answer. It’s a very, very bad system not designed for customer service. I do hope this changes.

I just visited this store today at around 3:30pm and wanted to comment on the lack of signage and more so on how you're spoken to if you've gone in the wrong place when entering the pharmacy counter from the pharmacy area of the store regarding queuing. It appears you're supposed to queue approx 8/10 ft from the counter itself. I'm from the UK where a reasonable distance will suffice. I don't mind at all queueing further back but the colleague was as first blunt when requesting myself to move further back then after I moved a few feet he was quite frankly rude when wanting to to then move to a specific area. If he'd actually specified EXACTLY where to stand in the first case then I would have done that. You're going to get people from overseas come into you're store. We're not all going to know exactly how they do everything in another country (if a a very large gap is the norm) so either there needs to be better signage from all locations or perhaps the colleagues could be a little more precise in where they want you to stand or understanding that some people will come from somewhere else where things work slightly differently.To be honest the lack of signage wouldn't be a problem if the staff didn't speak to you like you're 4 years old because they haven't explained more precisely where they would have like you to stand. If it really is an issue that angers employees if people enter from the wrong location then that area should be cordoned off so people only enter from the one location.

My husband and I went to get our booster. OMG!!! The pharmacist on duty, Cerise, is absolutely fantastic!!!!!! Plus, she could be a stand up comedian. She made us laugh SOOOO much. What joy she brings to that place!!!
