  I’m only leaving two stars because of the kind and helpful young man at the grocery checkout who genuinely tried to assist me. The issue was with Karolyn (not sure if that’s her real name), a middle-aged white woman with glasses who presumably works as a customer service manager. There was an item online for a cheaper price than in-store. I didn’t realize this until I scanned it, which I take accountability for. Since I’ve had this store price-match before, I assumed they might be able to do it again. A young employee called her over to “help” me, but she was adamant that it wasn’t something she could do. I said, “Okay, then I want to place an online pickup order for the item, but it’s showing as out of stock. How would I be able to place the order?” Her response, in the most condescending tone, was that she couldn’t make it “go back in stock.” The entire time, she spoke to me as if I were incompetent. I then asked if I could speak with customer service at the front, and in the snarkiest way possible, she said she was the acting customer service manager. By this point, I was getting upset, but I had my daughter with me, so I kept my cool—something she should take notes on, considering an employee was watching her behavior. Her blatant disrespect toward a customer makes me wonder how she treats her associates. As someone who works in customer service myself, it’s embarrassing to see someone in management act this way, especially someone older who should know better. Completely unacceptable. If you don’t like working with people, don’t work in customer service.

  Walmart is a great store but some employees like Laura in auto care center she doesn't know how to give customer service she is always rude and hateful towards the customers and the manager in that department seems like he don't care how customers are treated

  No one works the checkouts anymore. You're forced to do a job you don't get paid for when you shop there and half the time there is only one self check out lane open besides the 15 items or less lanes.

  Deli is very poor. All employees at this walmart deli never have anything ready and then get angry at you when you ask for something that they don't have made. This whole deli crew needs to be retrained and advised on good customer service practices. If you are going to walmart for just a deli trip, do not go to this walmart. You will be disappointed.
