I had a bad experience at the W. Amarillo Blvd Walmart.
I watched a store associate pick up a pound of ground beef that someone had left on an un-refrigerated shelf in a snack aisle and put it back in the refrigerated meat section.
She had no way of knowing if that meat had been sitting there two minutes or two hours. That meat could have been off temperature for a long time.
Since it was after hours, I called the Walmart national customer service line and left a complaint and specifically asked that the local store manager give me a call.
If the manager had given me a courtesy call to discuss this and assure me that this is not standard procedure and promised that it would not happen again, I would have considered the issue resolved and wouldn't have left this review. But this is the second time I have asked this particular manager to call me about an issue and he does not honor those requests even when Walmart customer service assures me that he will be instructed to.

Cattle gates when you enter, self checkout when you leave and someone at the door looking at you like you're a criminal and asking to see your receipt. I hate going to Walmart.
