I was so impressed with the customer service here! Everyone from the lady who greeted me when I first walked in, to the other lady who helped me at first, to the owner were so wonderful and knowledgeable! I felt like I had just walked in to a nice suit shop and had a Rolex on!
First was just getting boots I thought, but when I tried the boots and socks with the insoles.... man I melted! I would have never tried them anywhere else but they have been rocking my world! I get home and my knees are no longer in as much pain!
I was really impressed with the styles and selection they have as well! So many to choose from!
I also noticed they have really nice work wear there! Im definitely stopping by again to come get some shirts and other items!
Also the Keen boots are working so well! Theyre so stylish i wore them out on saturday and so comfortable I could keep them on for after work drinks if I wanted to!

I don't think I've ever experienced better customer service than The Work Boot. Everyone is incredibly friendly and efficient at what they do. Year after year of buying boots here it's a consistently pleasant experience.

I have been on the search for a durable and comfortable boot but no shops were of help. I walked into work boot last week and this young man I think his name was abraham greeted me when I walked through the door and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He even went as far as making sure we got the right size by measuring my foot! Didn’t even realize I was wearing the wrong size this whole time no wonder my feet were always hurting! Wouldn’t have to came if it wasn’t for Abraham and work boot! Thank you for having a fine establishment with great workers!! Definitely will be back and recommending this amazing place and Abraham for going above and beyond!!!

Really good customer service. Very patient with me to help find boots that fit my needs for my very small feet! Also they try very hard to stock American made products.
