If I could give 0 stars I would. My fiancé bought my ring in September, proposed in October, we sent the ring in to be resized, it came back a week later not sized, we sent it off again for a week and a half, my engagement and wedding ring came back sized, but soldered together which was no where on the paperwork to be done, the worker told me it really wasn’t that big of a deal and not to send it back just for that. Two weeks later a stone had fallen out, we took it back, was told about a week and a half due to the holidays, and we got it back three weeks later finally. The customer service has never been good, they’re consistently snobby, short, and no compassion for the aggravation caused by the company. I have only had the ring for four months and of that four months it has been in my possession collectively 4 weeks. We will be purchasing a different ring because I don’t want to deal with the nightmare this company has been when I need something done to my ring.
