I am about to be on my way to this ER however I am resistant because the woman that answers the phone is the rudest woman I've ever met in my entire life and she should never be allowed to be in company with the customers or patients whatever way you see it fit whoever answers the phone is the rudest person I've ever met

I recently became violently ill on my home from orange city. Had no ide where I was, Google nearest er and was sent here.I've never been treated with more dignity and respect than this e.r., even though they were slammed.I just want to say thank you to the staff, I made it home, you guys are the BEST!

I was treated with respect, the employees were kind and top of things! Understood the pain I was in and did their best to get me in and out This is my favorite hospital.

It's the closest hospital in the town I live in. I'm very blessed to have such a caring hospital and doctors and nurses and the rest of the employee staff to be available for my health needs. If it wasn't for my town Local hospital I wouldn't be here today to give you my review of service. Thanks Bayside Community Hospital.

This past Tuesday l was in Anahuac visiting from Arlington and was struck with symptoms of pain and vomiting. I first went to the cinic but there was only one doctor and he was booked solid with appointments. So l was sent to the hospital ER. The nursing, lab, and radiology staff were excellent, as were the two providers l was in contact with. I couldn't have received better care. Anywhere.I worked in an ER for several years and have never had a better experience than the experience at Bayside. The staff were efficient, thorough, and professional. This is my second visit to this hospital while visiting family in Anahuac. It is such a welcome relief to know that the area has access to Bayside.It concerns me that the hospital is not pursuing retention of its certifications. One very excellent doctor no longer does surgeries at the hospital. This is sad and unnecessary. I hope the hospital administration and hospital board will do everything they can to protect the central Chambers county citizen's and visitor's hospital.Patty M
