Just moved here. No one EVER answers the phone. I see all the complaints that this is a horrible postal service. Can you report them? Has anyone ever done that?

Can’t get packages here. Tracking says delivered but nothing shows up in the locked box.

No fault of the employees. Half the town has to wait in line every day to get their mail. Highly suspicious they don’t deliver to the neighborhood less than a mile away and force everyone to purchase a P.O. Box. That’s an upper management thing
