Horrible post office. Moved into a new home and not only did they give us the wrong key and we didn’t know until a month later when we had several late bills, but now they don’t even have the right key and they have no idea where it is. They said they would deliver it and a week later they still haven’t. totally don’t recommend. very unprofessional.

No fault of the employees. Half the town has to wait in line every day to get their mail. Highly suspicious they don’t deliver to the neighborhood less than a mile away and force everyone to purchase a P.O. Box. That’s an upper management thing

This location is pretty horrible they lost my car title they lost three of my driver's licenses and every time I go there to ship a package they seem to have some problem scanning it or they don't know how to scan it

Usually no problems, but this Christmas holiday they had HUGE problems! I’ve had notice from the company that a pkg was delivered to the Anahuac P.O. on 12/19 it’s now 12/26 and they still haven’t delivered it to me! When I asked about it on 12/23 (politely) I was told “when we get to it you will get a slip in your box”. That didn’t help me on Christmas when I had no present to give!I know they’re super busy this time of year, but come on! And I know I’m not the only one who had this problem!

They are closed on Saturday. How are we supposed to work all week and not be able to get our packages on Saturday. Why are they closed. The post office is usually open till noon on Saturday. I don't know who is blowing who but this is not right and it's not fair.I will be contacting the mail office. I used to work for the post office....
