For over twenty years, Moody Ranch Outfitters has offered quality Texas Hunts for , Duck, Dove, Whitetail Deer, Quail, Hog, Gator, as well as Bass Fishing excursions on our 5,000+ acre low fenced ranch. In addition to Hunting and Fishing, our facilities can be utilized to host meetings, corporate retreats, and family events. We are centrally located in southeast Texas, making us about an hour drive from Houston, two hours from Austin and only 3 hours from Dallas. We are open September through May for hunting and fishing. In 2023 we hosted a staff retreat and workshop at Moody Ranch, the staff were amazing, efficient and friendly. Food, drinks and service was wonderful! And the wildlife tour after our event- was PERFECT! We will always recommend MRO to anyone looking for a spot to meet, hunt, fish, or host an event!

Had an afternoon fishing trip with a stay in the lodge and a bass fishing trip the next morning. It was awesome! We caught 190 bass between the two days, the two meals were great and I would recommend Moody Ranch to everyone. We will be back.
