June 7th at this Andrews Burke’s location I slipped and fell off their broken toilet and was hurt. No reports were available and no one had any training. I’m deaf and not from the area. I wasn’t even offered to the hospital. My husband has tried to contact corporate and still haven’t heard back. Very embarrassing to have to post this. Hope they have fixed the toilet.
