About Pilot Travel Center
Pilot Travel Center is a newer truck stop with all the needed stuff for trucks and drivers. The store is well stocked and kept nice and clean, with restrooms that are always clean. The staff is mostly really kind and provides incredible customer service, with one employee notably helping a customer find lost keys. However, some of the staff isn't very cordial or helpful, and improving attitudes could make the good experience great. A significant problem is the small parking lot, which is often filled with unattended local trucks, leaving no place for trucks passing through to park, shower, or eat.

Julie is my queen! Lady of the year! She helped me find my car keys and I will be forever grateful that I did not have to get roadside. It was NOT easy to find them. God bless her a million times over. Long after I gave up Julie was still looking for them. And she FOUND them. Incredible person and customer service!
