This Verizon store provides excellent service. Staff assist customers immediately and are very willing to help, even with phones not purchased there. They solve issues and help with upgrades. Employees are friendly, sweet, and helpful, with an answer for every question. They explain new promotions for accounts and assist with every detail needed. Customers walk out with new phones and all the information required to feel comfortable. The service is highly recommended.
