I had storage with them for years but, they neglected to tell me they raised prices without letting anyone know. They charged my card without my knowledge and the only way they gave me the money back was if I let them have $100 for the inconvenience of them giving my money back that I NEVER authorized them to take. If you store with them be careful of all the charges and make sure you check your bank account regularly to see if they took money without your knowledge. Store your things at a different facility unless you just like giving free money for the bogus charges they will make up to collect as much money as they can.

I do not recommend renting here.Damaged the most expensive from Arhaus I had in storage and did not reimburse me for it. Instead he wanted to reframe it as if he could have the exact frame on my picture. He told me he was not reimbursing me for it. Even though I told him I would find the receipt and did not believe me on how much I had paid for the art.

Made a reservation for a 10x20 on August 9 for an August 18 move in. Confirmed the reservation with an email. Called to pay for it and begin the rental on August 16 only to find out the unit had been given to someone else.

Best storage around and they are very polite and helpful with no hidden fees that gain up on you. Well maintained gated grounds all around great place to have my belonging in the hands of for safety.

I went there with friends that got a storage unit very safe customer oriented i security cameras everywhere and its climate controls it's on the main Street so the risk any kind of theft is minimal the lady that was running the operation was very knowledgeable and helpful
