The staff really can't do much because AT&T really has them locked down. Limited stock on cheaper phones and we always have to call the customer service line or go to another store to resolve our issues. That is another story.

So my son decided to put my phone number on his phone when setting up his new phone -which was delivered early!! Our tech was Manuel in the Angleton location! What a professional gentleman! He deserves a raise!!!

Horrible customer service.
Bad employee attitude.
Atrocious internet speeds.
Extreamly long wait for installment.
Very long wait for equipment delivery.
I cant think of a single good thing I have experienced with this company. . .

I had no phone service because my phone was tied to my ex wife’s plan and she left me I was about to switch to Verizon then I said I can get another account went in spoke to Carlos and he got me another account new number it took 15 minutes tops I was in and out Thank you Carlos and keep on giving that great customer service my guy
