Bathroom smelled like a wet dog, no baby changing station in either men's or woman's restroom and piss all over the only toilet very bad place to stop will never come back .
Thought they always had clean bathrooms.....

Buyers beware! I’ve always loved Buc-ee’s however my opinion is forever changed after my experience this morning. I ran in to purchase a car charger, paid and left with my purchase in the bag. Opened the box (no tears, box pristine) and pulled out the charger and noticed I had grabbed the wrong one. I circled back and took my bag back inside and went to same cashier. She said she had to call the manager, who then proceeded to tell me it’s their policy to not take back any merchandise if it’s been opened. I argued that it’s literally still new and unused (I had been gone about 5 min) and the packaging was intact. She said “sorry, no.” I said, “so if I had not opened the box and asked for an exchange that would have been denied as well cause I see you didn’t put my receipt in the bag either!” She just looked at the floor. So I had to purchase the correct charger and got stuck with paying for a charger that is useless to me. $16 down the drain. Buc-ee’s in Angleton needs to DO BETTER!! 🤬🤬🤬 No stars!

I'm not into conspiracy theories, but there must be a reason why nearly every time I go to this store, one of their employees comes out from behind the registers, and goes around with a broom or scrubber, right in front of wherever I'm going in the store, and with a bad right foot and leg I already have trouble walking, so it's frustrating, but except for an occasional Mexican Coke at a restaurant, their Buc-ee's brand fountain sodas are the only sodas I drink, and for candy, you can't get any better than their Overbite candy bars...

Fiona some white lady in the night shifts has multiple times been the most judgmental person ever , didn't sale us some beer because we had been back too many times ? As if I was buying 24 packs all day lmao I hate her attitude , she's not polite and half the time doesn't even acknowledges you ! Y'all need new employees !
