“I got a long term rental after switching the pickup from Pearland location (Pearland ditched me last min saying no cars available). The staff was very friendly and my keys and pickup paper was already there on the desk when I arrived. I returned the car in 2.5 weeks instead of 4 and same applied. She took the paper and said you’re all set.”
