Cell representatives were very rude to my elderly mother and put her out the store and was using vulgar language when we were just asking a simple question about the ACP and they wouldn't give me the corporate number this is in Angleton Texas this happened January the 10th around 3:00 and I wish someone would take care of it because that is very rude and bad

Today, GABY was not helpful what so ever. She did not want to help figure out why we couldn't get my daughters phone to work, later got my husband to open sim card and restart phone and it worked just fine. Also asked for new screen protector, she tried one and immediately said it won't fit, the phone is old that she don't have one. I said u can't fit a more narrow one on it? She huffed and looked for one but I refused to buy it when she told me it was $18. I found 2 online for $6.99. Shame on y'all.

Omgosh! I am so glad that my brother suggested that I dismiss TMobile service due to problems with them and the phone. He stated that I switch to Cricket. I did. I am so pleased with the service of the phone and most of all the customer service at the store. So glad their is a store in town. The Sales reps are very patient with me. They explained everything I needed to know and then some. I had gotten my phone wet after having the phone for a year and I was able to upgrade. I was able to afford a water and dust resistant cell phone. I am not up with today's technology. The reps are so nice everytime I need assistance. Thank you so much. I plan to stay with Cricket

The ladys that work their are awful my mom when in on 11/26/2022 was charge 3 times and they where all NOT nice enough to explain to her what was going on they are awfully rude i suggest you guys take your money to another company they deserve 0 stars

I like the service crickets provides BUT the Store's that you go to make payments wants more money from you because your in store making payments..I have just learned that it cost $4 to make payments inside a cricket store.. WHY!!!

my son dropped his wallet outside after we went to pay our service bill. I recieved a phone call about it and was told the manager found it right after we left. When we came back to pick it up all his money was taken out. She says she found the wallet and no one else touched it but she didn't take his money!! That doesn't make sense! When I confronted her about it she began to get violent and angry with me screaming and threatening to call the police. I will definitely be switching service providers after this one. Whoever that fat "manager" is needs to be fired.

The absolute most disrespectful employees ever. The fat lady has no customer service skills whatsoever. And it always smells like something died in here. Either extremely poor hygiene or poor cleaning skills when it comes to their business. 10/10 would not recommend this location.
