Was waiting in like for pharmacy. Long line and they called the person behind me instead of myself when their prescription wasn’t ready and mine was. I have a kid screaming in pain and they can’t help the person waiting.

Wife had been having trouble with out of control coughing and choking in her sleep, she had been going to ERs and Urgent Cares and nothing they gave her helped, so went to pharmacist here and he suggested an antihistamine for her to take once a day, and it worked!

Absolutely terrible customer service. 11:00 get text Rx is being prepared I was waiting patiently for 4 RXs pulled up to window associate after not hearing back at 11:45, told me they only had two. Checked computer and told me well one is $138 so do you want it? No phone call or anything. I said it's fine I need it. She said ok 15 more minutes, never mentioned my other rx. Go in to wait thinking it would be easier I waited 30 minutes. Sitting right in front of them and they announce it on intercom my RX is ready. That associate tells me it's only one rx I'm like there should be 4. He goes and checks comes back with 2 more and then says total. I said sir I have 4 he said oh umm well the other one you will have to go somewhere else we don't do compounds here. I pull out at 12:35 get to red light and he calls and says we forgot to put all the meds in your rx you will have to come back to get the rest. I wish I was lying on all this but God's honest truth it was the worst experience I have ever had.

I drove up to get my son a Covid test bc I am Covid positive and feeling extremely ill. I was told they could not do it because the NURSE was not there. But the vehicle ahead of me dropped her Covid swab in the quest lab box. The pharmacist WAS there. The pharmacist knows how to do the exam, and I was refused service. I would give zero stars if possible. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY LOST ALL MY FUTURE BUSINESS.

Quick and competent customer service. Only had 1 bad experience with a compound not being mixed, but it was a new employee. They’re always very kind and willing to answer any questions I may have.

This afternoon, Jessica at our Angleton cvs photo helped me make a 8x10 photo collage. I was having trouble with their machine but she stayed and helped me between helping other costumers get it done. This is the 2nd collage she helped me with. She is very knowledgeable about the photo stuff, very friendly and patient.

I've been getting my prescriptions here for several years. Went to pick up my prescriptions after my dr told me that they called them in. They said they didn't have them so I called the dr office and they said they sent them over again. I went back later and they said they still didn't have them, they were very rude about it and treated me as if I had no idea what I was talking about. I left and as soon as I got home I had a notification on the app that my prescriptions were ready for pickup. Very frustrating.

I walked in and scheduled a covid shot and they refused to give it to me with an appointment. They had very poor customer service and long lines. Highly do not recommend going to this one.

Extremely dissatisfied. I ordered Mounted photo's with same day pickup from this store Sunday evening, and well on time Monday morning I got an email that my 5 mounted photo's are ready for pickup. However when I arrive at the store there are NO mounted photo's, just some loose pictures. Instead of getting an apology they tell me that they don't have the panels and that they're not coming till NEXT WEEK. Then why do you offer SAME DAY PICK UP? And above all I could now buy the loose pictures for MORE than I paid for for the mounted pictures, because online I used a discount code and I had to put in a new order to get discount. So because of THEIR mistake, I had to pay extra AND did not get what I ordered. HORRIBLE PHOTO SERVICE!
