Constantly a waiting room full of people who have been ignored while they have been waiting over an hour past their appointment time. My patient is supposed to be done at 4:00 and it's 5:35. Nobody will answer the door, and if you sit on hold long enough, you'll get hung up on before you ever get to talk to anybody.
