I called to inquire of a unit. The lady appeared nice initially, but I had questions before I just move my belongings there. With each question, the lady was getting more aggrevated. LIke, I wanted to know if there was any pest control, and she said she did not know what I meant...then said they have no roaches and they spray. Then I asked about security which is a huge concern of mine. She said there is security but would not answer if people just are allowed to have access to walk in and out of the storage unit. My safety is important and that is a need-to-know if I will be secure and safe while in the property...not just that there is security. A different facility, in Clute, mentioned they have security via someone watching the cameras but not on-site...I don't feel safe with just that.
Updated review from 1-star to 3 after owners response and answers. Thank you for the response. I have not rated higher due to not having visited the facility yet.

I went to rent a storage today and Ms. Jennifer happily assisted me. She is quite friendly and had no problem with answering all my questions and showing me where the cameras were on the property to assure me that my belongings will be in great hands. Thank you so much. I do highly recommend this place.

Cassandra was awesome, she helped me promptly secure a parking spot for my company to store an equipment trailer onsite. She did it with the up most attention and quickness. I'm very happy I chose to come here for my storage necessity.As long as we are working in Angleton we will continue to come here.

Came in to get information on a storage unit & Jennifer had all the answers to my questions. Took the time to walk me to the unit and even let me take snap shots to ensure that was what we needed. Made the decision fast and easy.
