Went in this morning with a low tire. The gentleman helped me right away AND noticed my registration sticker needed to be replaced. He was so kind and took great care of me! Customer service is everything!

Mr. Roy Astrada always takes excellent care of my needs! But your manager stays on his cell phone constantly and keeps the office so cold you can hang meat in it! Not a very friendly fellow

The customer service there was 11/10. They treat the customers so well and they have always treated me great there! They also take great care of my care when it's there. They are my go to for car maintenance.

The customer service that I received at the Angleton Firestone was nothing short of superb. They are very attentive to the customers needs and will ensure your upmost satisfaction. My daughter is attending school in College Station. She called me in a panic one day due to having mechanical issues with her car. I called Zack here in Angleton and explained the situation. Within 30 minutes, my daughter’s car was undergoing diagnostics at the CS Firestone. Zack, Samantha and Roy will treat you better than family. You will not be disappointed.

The manager Roy and co-workers were very polite and attentive. They were super busy with the tire sale going on but, Roy put the tires on himself because the other mechanic techs were so busy. He got me taken care of in about an hour. Everybody was super friendly gave you that small town attention, they were on a first name or Mr or Miss basis. I have definitely recommended my friends and family members. Excellent service and work.

been getting my tires, alignment breaks and oil changes for a little over 6 years now here. I was tired of getting cheap tires from discount and needing new ones every couple of years. I can just drop my vehicle off here in the morning and pick it up later in the afternoon. they always use all the discount codes offline, and I highly recommend the lifetime alignment. the gentleman that worked there for years who did the front customer service left but he trained a wonderful lady who is great as well
