It's one of the most professional service centers I've had the pleasure to use. The complimentary car wash is the icing on the cake. Alaina Mink, service advisor, was very professional and very attentive to my needs. She was awesome.

The buying process was very smooth but I had way too many issues with the car. I bought a 2019 GMC ACADIA SLE with low mileage in March of 23. It was slightly overpriced but everything everywhere was. The seller said it was a 6 cylinder but it’s 4. I had multiple service notifications in the first month for TPM system and battery. They checked and said it was fine. Fast forward and the TPM light is still on. I had to replace the battery in under a year. All 3 windshield wipers. A blinker light they wanted to charge 70 to replace although I provided the bulb and they said there was no “code” so they didn’t know what’s wrong. Cabin air filter and engine filter, key fob battery. The headlights are too dim to safely drive at night. Everyone has always been very kind and helpful but I just don’t see purchasing from here again. Overall I’m disappointed with all the work I’ve had to put into the car in under a year. We did put a lot of miles on it in July so I feel like some of the replacements were necessary but I had a difficult time trying to speak with service manager after 2 voicemails I just did it myself. I’m disabled and my knowledge is limited so I really wanted Gulf Coast to take that responsibility. Communication overall is poor although everyone is very nice and professional. Small things like I paid for a new key as it only came with one and when it came the service department wanted me to pay again and didn’t believe I had paid, I actually had to go get the salesman to tell her. The salesman had spoken to the service manager to check the front brakes but they were too busy and it wasn’t communicated. Overall just too many issues. .

After a long search, we ended up at Gulf Coast working with Abby. After looking at a few trucks on the lot to compare, we decided on a 22 Denali that was priced great with low miles & immaculate. Abby & her manager Santos were straight forward with no extra add ons. There was no haggling or going back and forth. Abby was knowledgeable and very patient with our million questions. Rick Drenner in finance sealed the deal and made the paperwork process seamless and quick. We truly enjoyed buying from a local dealership that truly cares about its customers. My man and I came to the dealership as the first of several planned car searching stops to look at SUVs with the expectation to test drive the 2023 Equinox and then go on to look at other SUV makes/models. Within 3 minutes of our arrival, George Downs came out to greet us and this was the beginning of this phenomenal experience. We looked at the Equinox but then the GMC Terrain (Red). George was so friendly and down-to-earth that it was a delight to receive the car details and pricing information from him. We test drove the 2024 Terrain, loved it, and then decided to head in to talk about purchasing. The conversation between the three of us was great and we knew this was meant to be. The whole process was fantastic! George, the Sales Professional, Rick Drenner the Finance Manager and we even met and met with the Owner of the dealership.Everything was absolutely flawless. My man also found and purchased a GMC AT4. which was exactly what he had been looking for. After my transaction was complete, we went directly into his.I will highly recommend this dealership to any and everyone I know.

Love my Buick Dealership! Was caught in a pickle right in the middle of this Christmas season and my friends at Gulf Coast was there to help me out with my vehicle needs. Called and asked for Cathy Kay and she was quick to help me out of my situation. You learn very quickly keys don’t work locked inside the car. She helped get me back on the road. A new key put a smile on my face! I knew without a doubt she would be the one to help me. Oh and she sold me my Buick, too! Thanks, Kathy. Rick Drenner you are a jewel, too!

If you want to buy a vehicle you need to call Cathy Kay. I found a truck online and called Cathy. She verified the truck was still there.My husband and I started this on Thursday and by Friday the truck was bought. It was the best car buying experience of my life. No hassle just a great experience. I will never buy another car unless it is from Cathy Kay. They are great dealership. It is worth the drive because it was so easy. DON’T FORGET TO ASK FOR CATHY KAY.

although the tech was unable to correct or even duplicate the issue that my truck was brought in for. I was able to have a discussion with him about the issue and a possible plan for future resolution.dealing with the people at the dealership has been great, its getting the technical issue with vehicle resolved, that will be a longer term issue.

Put my truck in for smoking and rough idling and low oil sensor… got it out 3 weeks later and it’s still smoking :) Had my truck for about 3 weeks… took almost 2 weeks to even get a diagnosis. I had to call them every couple days to get an update. ( I didn’t know it would take weeks to know what was wrong.. because I’m used to it only taking a day.. most mechanics get it fixed in a week or less) My advisor had a slight attitude her name was Lindsey.. ya girl maybe get a different job. I had to call the manager to even get any info really.… just don’t take ur truck here waste of time… and also don’t buy new vehicles warranty work sucks!

I would not recommend purchasing from this lot or using their service department. We have 3 vehicles from this lot and 2/3 are consistently problematic. My mothers Chevy trax has been in and out of their service department service department several times in the past year and they do the bare minimum to get it running just for us to have to bring it back. And they go by appointment only and the appointments are always days out, we try to explain to them she’s a dialysis patient and needs her car to get to and from dialysis and they are not kind compassionate or caring in regards to this. We asked to speak with a manager was told he “wasn’t available and would give us a call back” … needless to say he never called. We will be trading in all 3 vehicles within the next month but absolutely not with this lot.
