If I could leave a zero review I would. Withheld myself from saying anything but when you start speaking bad on my name when I would go out of my way to provide excellent customer service is really my last straw. Margarita, Daniel, Zoila & Eric - if you cannot take accountability for your poor communication/work with your customers please restrain from using someone elses name to make them look bad (me). I would take countless of messages a day because none of them wanted to take a phone call to give any customer a quick update. It would always be “transfer them to my voicemail” “ugh I don’t want to talk to them, take a message” “I just spoke to them take a message” or they simply wouldn’t answer there phones when I would call to get a hold of them. I simply would prefer you leave my name out of each and everyone of y’all’s mouth. Worst place to work for and get any kind of bodywork done, if you can find another place please go. If they cannot manipulate you they have no use for you. That goes for customers and staff. The list of poor behavior goes on but if you’ve been there as a customer/staff you know the rest! Good day.

If I could put zero stars I would. This has been the most frustrating repair job I've had done in my life. Horrible communication between the customer and service. Been without my car for over 3 months and just recently they offered to help with a rental car. My advice is to steer clear when needing any car repairs done.

Great service, great repair. Due to the recent storm in Angleton, Gulf Coast Collision was very busy. However, the repairs to our car were done timely and we were always kept in the loop. A huge shout out to Ziola, I hope your bosses know what an asset your are!

Called last Tuesday, booked an appointment to drop off today... Lady acted like we never spoke. She never wrote it down. Will not be waiting around another two weeks for them to loose my appointment AGAIN.

The highest praise possible goes to Eric Cleto at the collision center. We had a paint recall and Toyota North America, Inc did everything to not take responsibility. Eric worked months for us. The car is finally painted and Eric had it detailed also. Eric you are the best!!!!!!!!!!

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Don't bring your vehicles here for work. Uncommunicative service staff, lazy technicians. We waited over 2 months for our car that only had front end damage. We got our car back without our floor matts, a disconnected steering wheel (horn and controls now won't work), along with many other issues. They now claim they aren't responsible for this.Like I said DON'T bring your cars here.

Worse shop ever! They can't fix anything right. And if they break it they won't pay to fix it. Absolutely Horrible!Services: Steering & suspension repair

I had a GREAT experience. My questions were answered almost immediately. The communication was great, I was kept informed while my vehicle was there. I received my vehicle back quickly. The whole process was better than I expected. They truly exceeded my expectations. I 100% recommend Gulf Coast for all your vehicle repairs.Service: Body & Trim

Exceptional job done by Robert and Daniel on my 2010 Lexus. Paint and assembly was done with factory precision. I hope to not have to do this again, but i wouldn't hesitate to return to GC Auto body shop for my repairs. Excellent work by a quality team.Services: Painting

This review is from my husband who took in his FJ for repairs the end of last year.I typically don’t take the time to complain about bad service or poor workmanship. I am a busy person who tries to stay positive. I get tired of hearing people blame their poor business on everything except their poor business practices. When I recently hit a deer in my Toyota FJ at 60 mph, I trusted that Gulf Coast collision center at Coastal Toyota in Angleton would do professional repair work on my vehicle. After all we had bought 4 new Toyotas from them and they were on Allstate’s preferred repair shop list. Current supply issues meant that parts were ordered before they would take my vehicle in.The first time the shop said the FJ was finished, the 2 most obvious problems were: 1) poor fitting between the hood and fender, and 2) the driver side cowling at the edge of the windshield was not repaired- only pushed down. Robert Leatherwood tried to argue that the fitting wasn’t bad and that the cowling was not part of the wreck. I showed him a photo of the wreck where the cowling had popped up. A plastic clip had broken. Two weeks later, they called me again to pick up the FJ. On this second try, I found those items fixed, but the kick panel trim under the passenger door was damaged when a worker pried on it to fit the fender trim. They kept it another week.I accepted the FJ on the next visit even though there were still problems. After I got it home, I noticed that the plastic push pins holding the radiator at the top were an incorrect size and loose. When a passenger actuated the window control, the control pulled out. The plastic tab on the door control had been broken when repairs were made to the dents in the door. The inner fender guards were torn off and not replaced. The paint on the outer front bumper passenger side has silver paint on the surrounding black surface due to sloppy prep work. There is silver paint overspray on the sidewall of the passenger side rear tire.I am still finding problems that the repair shop caused. As I removed the lower engine cover for an oil change, the rubber protector for the headlight plug fell out. It hadn’t been installed on the headlight that was replaced. The next thing that happened was the rubber wiper at the lower edge of the window popped up. When I looked under it, they had added a spot of what looked like roofing tar to stick it down instead of replacing the plastic piece they broke.I have no confidence in the quality of the repairs made to my vehicle. The dealership stated that the collision repairs will restore the vehicle to a pre-collision state. The customer shouldn’t have to function as quality control. There is apparently no internal quality control for the collision center. We have been loyal customers at Coastal Toyota, having purchased new Highlander, FJ Cruiser, 4Runner, and Camry. I have no desire to purchase another new car if repairs can’t be done to a professional standard.Service: Body & Trim
