Very Shady place!!! My best friend placed a bid on a unit that was publicly listed at an auction that was held. She rightfully and legally won with the highest bid! Now that she won/ paid the bid, the business is now denying her ownership of the unit. They are not allowing her access to it nor reimbursing her for the payment that was made to win the bid!!!! DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND ROB YOU!!!!

Good place to store your stuff they have good insurance policies you can get to protect your things in the units. As well as the older gentleman that works the office was really nice and helpful even came out and offered me a bottle of water while I was moving my things in the heat. After moving out my belongings I became aware they have a massive wood roach problem and ant problem in their outside units as well as some time of leak of which they didn't even know what it was.

This is my 2nd time to rent from Handy Self Storage. I love this place and the people that run it and it's so easy to access my unit, convenient location and very reasonably priced. I do recommend them.
